Itinerary
Day 1: Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar to Selous Game Reserve
You will start your safari in Zanzibar at 06h00, and you will arrive in Mtemere Airstrip at 06h45; you will be met by the driver-guide, who will brief you regarding your game drive in Selous. Following will be a game drive picnic lunch in the park exploring the game in the surrounding areas. Before the end of the day, you will proceed to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Selous Game Reserve to Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar
After an early breakfast, you will depart for a Masai Village tour. You will typically learn their total way of life, enrich your knowledge and enjoy the entertainment provided by the Masai community. Then heading to boat safari along the Great Rufiji River to spot Hippos, Crocodiles and Birds. Later on, you will be transferred back to the camp for relaxation and hot lunch. Around 15h00 you will be transferred to Mtemere Airstrip for departure on your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
